Our pricing structure was created to give you the most value for your money and the most capture power for your business. Our Basic package is valued at $80 per month and is perfect for businesses that are getting started building their customer pool and presence in social media. Our Professional package, valued at $100 per month, is more marketing and sales heavy with the ability to create a website for your business and build sales pipelines, ensuring you have a seamless flow to move your leads to purchasing your product or service. The Pro Max subscription, valued at $120 per month, is great for companies that have a solid foundation and are looking for the ability to automate communications with customers, have the ability to take payments anywhere, and organize and fine-tune their social media and marketing campaigns.
Basic Plan
In our Basic Plan your company gets a Social Media scheduler. This scheduler allows you to create, organize, and plan out social media posts or stories. You can also track how well your posts are doing allowing your business to reach more people. The phone line allows you to text and call customers, while simultaneously organizing all conversations in customer specific feeds. The Conversation App lets you log into your customer conversations from anywhere - even on the go. Our Reputation Management App tracks your reviews from customers and can be linked to your Social Media Planner to auto feed reviews to your Socials, creating a ripple effect on your business's reputation. Also included in the Basic Plan is 100 GB of media storage, insuring you won't run out of space as you navigate your new marketing tool.
Pro Plan
Our Pro Plan has all of the incredible tools from the Basic Plan PLUS an Email Marketing Tool. With this Email Marketing tool your company can create email campaigns designed to drive customers to your business. With the Pro Plan you also gain access to our Website Builder. This wonderful tool makes creating/designing your business's website user-friendly with/without the help of pre-built templates. One of the coolest things the Pro Plan offers is access to the Sales Pipeline App. This tool is a one-stop shop for tracking your leads, turning leads into clients, and moving them seamlessly through the pipeline. Having a Sales Pipeline takes all the guess work out of where leads/customers are in your process and allows your employees to all be on the same page when it comes to "what needs to be done." With the Pro Plan you also gain more media storage - 250 GB worth.
Pro Max Plan
Our Pro Max Plan gives you all of the great benefits from our Basic & Pro Plan including Calendar Integration, one additional phone line, access to our Automations App, 500 GB of media storage, and access to payment processing. The Calendar Integration allows you to integrate (mesh) your Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendar with your Toolbox Calendar, again giving you a seamless transition between platforms where everything is neat and organized. Having an additional phone line allows your business to spilt phone lines up between departments. Say you have a sales department and a repair department - instead of having all conversations meshed together creating confusion - you can split the phone lines so each department's conversations are organized and efficient. The Pro Max Plan also gives you access to our Automations App. This app can create automatic responses to emails, reviews, texts, ect. You can even manage pipelines and calendars with this tool. Do I hear automatic customer booking in your future? With no surprise this plan, again, comes with even more storage space - 500 GB worth. Lastly, the Pro Max plan comes with the incredibly useful tool of payment processing - allowing you to take payments from anywhere.
Additional Costs
There are additional costs for Setting up your account, cost per minute of voice calls, cost per SMS & MMS text messages and for emails sent.
